Spicule - silver plated necklace and earrings set

Spicule is a silver and resin necklace and earring set that takes it's influence from the needle like protrusions found on a sea urchin.  The original design that this set is taken from was created in acrylic paints in shades of blue green and purple.  To create a centre piece to the design beaded details have been added.

The pendant and earrings are sealed using a deep layer of resin to protect the design.  The resin creates a lens effect over the design magnifying the detail and giving an attractive shine.  

The silver plated pendant base is 25 mm in diameter.  An 18" sterling silver chain is included.

The earrings have sterling silver French lever back findings and a silver plated charm measuring 12 mm in diameter.

Packaged in a stunning dragonfly stamped, black gift box.
