At the top of the North York Moors in a beautiful place called Danby there nestles a jewel. The North York Moors Centre is a lovely place to visit with displays and interactive exhibits to promote the fabulous countryside it supports.
Inside the centre, along side the information and shop is a top quality gallery, the Inspired by...gallery.
Currently I am honoured to be part of an exhibition showcasing five jewellery makers from Yorkshire.
The exhibition runs until March 15th, is free to visit and is held in a purpose built gallery space with gorgeous beams and wrought iron detailing. To greet you are the friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful and welcoming so now that the weather is improving I would highly recommend a trip out to Danby.

The Inspired by ..Gallery is a calming space and really allows the exhibits to speak for themselves. The jewellery is stunning…I have to go back…luckily I live in the dale!
